Ozturk Tours and Travel have been running tours to Turkey since 2001 and other countries since 2006. During this time many people have experienced the magic of Turkey with us. We would also like to thank you again for such a great tour. Your attention to detail, places we visited and the knowledge of Turkey you gave us on the tour was phenomenal. We are still busy reading of Turkey, "Birds without Winds" and now "Ataturk", a biography by Jorge Blanco Villalta, translated from Spanish. Of course our interest and understanding is much higher now!

We do hope we can travel with you again one of these days.

Hi Hamit,

Thank you for the great photos.  They are such a wonderful reminder of our Grand Sultan Tour which was fabulous.  It was such a well organised tour covering so many aspects of Turkey and the Turkish people. If I had to name a favourite place it would be Cappadocia and the ballooning but then every place had its own charm and character. Gallipoli was special and I will never forget Frank and his harmonica on that day. Also I enjoyed the food - it was interesting, varied and healthy. I have been home for nearly 6 weeks now and I am still talking about the trip and raving to my friends! I have yet to organise my photos before our group get together soon and hopefully we will catch up with you too.

With many thanks again for a fantastic holiday in Turkey.

Firstly, what a great trip and made even better by your company. We hope to see older friends here and there shortly and to newer friends - a huge pleasure to meet each and everyone and spend time with you. People made the trip for us - superb. Hello Hamit,

Hope everything is going well for you with your subsequent tour groups. I have attached a couple of photos which I thought you might like to have. I have just sent off my photos to be printed into a photo book which will be a great reminder of our wonderful trip.  I can't imagine a better organised or managed tour than our Grand Sultan Tour which really did live up to all the hype and accolades I got from previous travellers with Ozturk Tours. You are truly a marvel Hamit when it comes to finding interesting places and things to do.  Maybe in a year or two we might think about a tour to other areas and when we do, you will be the first to know.  A thousand thanks for your good humour and patience and our very best wishes for your future travels.

Many thanks for allowing the tour of Turkey to take place with such a small number. I really appreciate the fact that I was able to visit such a wonderful country. The whole tour was excellent:

* planning incorporated such great variety showing the complexity of the culture, the history, geography, and environment in such a way that each day was exciting interesting and informative.

* accommodation was excellent especially the boutique hotels in the older parts of the cities.

* the relaxed and steady time management of the day excursions and also having (mostly) 2 nights at the same place allowed us to explore in the evenings was a definite bonus.

 

Samples of the world-renowned Turkish cuisine

* nearness to the town centres was also a great advantage for shopping and enjoying the many cafes and restaurants (especially during the festivities for Ramadan)

* a fantastic guide, Fuat, was 'icing on the cake'. He not only had extensive knowledge on all aspects of Turkey (past and present), but his gentle, caring and friendly manner, together with his great sense of humour, made each day a wonderful experience. The whole tour ran smoothly due to good preparation, planning and sense of timing, all done in a stress-free, relaxed and calm approach.

Highlights? What can I say-every day was a highlight.

Thanks again, Hamit. I may call on you again someday as I would like to go to Eastern Turkey.

Dear Hamit,

We just want to say how happy we were with your tour. We thoroughly enjoyed the itinerary you had arranged and were happy that everything went smoothly for us, and for yourself. Although we had been to Istanbul twice before it was a lot more fun this time with a guide, and more people around as well. They were an interesting mix of people and luckily we all got on well with each other. The tour was about the right length of time as well…… Cappadocia was a place I was aware of but had never been to so that was a magical place as well, especially seeing it from above in the Hot Air Balloon.

 “The tour of Turkey was special, the itinerary very good, the meal inclusions excellent (its certainly difficult for singles when the meals are not included). The luncheon venues were a delight. The Turkish bath in Cappadocia was not to be missed!! As far as the air travel is concerned – Cathay Pacific was excellent; Turkish Airlines very good; but Thai need to replace their aircraft on the Australian flight…..

I enjoyed the Ozturk tour and it was an excellent idea to go with a company who knew the county so well. You can well be proud of your country or origin and I will have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wants to go to Turkey in style! Regards

Dear Hamit,

…..It comes with an enormous 'thank you' for a really wonderful tour through Turkey. I couldn't ever have imagined how lovely it would be! And I am aware that an enormous amount of work must go on daily (or, probably, nightly as well!) keeping the details together and checking ahead - thank you so much. I also greatly appreciated the personal help you gave with finding a charger for my camera and finding the Dervish Service.
